With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, Cilwe is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because, to the extent such visual depictions contain sexually explicit conduct, they solely constitute content produced by third parties. Cilwe does not monitor, direct, edit, or control the creation of the content submitted by its users or partners.

Cilwe relies upon the representations and warranties of the independent creators, studios, and content aggregators who upload materials to our platform, asserting that they are the original producers and are fully compliant with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 obligations.
